The rooms had a spacious layout and a pleasant feel. The location near Centre Charlemagne Local History Museum was fantastic and charming.

The rooms are absolutely outdated. Partly no view of the TV from the bed. Or in the other room just a shower and at that price

Very nice facilities and a fresh breakfast with special dishes. Comfortable location near to everything in downtown, and 15 minute walk from a Palatine chapel.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choices. the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. the hotel's location is fantastic, being close to Eurogress Event Venue and the Carolus Thermen.

Efficient business location, at a medium distance from an art museum. Found in the absolutely lovely area just off the park close to Carolus Therme mineral baths, a cinema to see a movie, and the Carolus Thermen.
Pretty bad staff!

I didn't have a kettle in my room, which I always find very pleasant. But I also don't know if other rooms had one or if you just had to ask. I was only there 1 night, so very short, so I didn't ask for it.

The hotel was very spacious and the superior king room was very large (the largest we've seen in Europe) with nice bathroom. Facilities were very nice and clean. On-site parking (paid 16 euros for almost 1 full day). Peaceful location and approximately 10 minute walk to the main square. Hotel staff recommended "La Carpaccio" (Italian) for dinner and it was excellent! Small, husband/wife run restaurant and we highly recommend any of the beef carpaccio items on the menu.
Quite pricey, but there is definitely value for the money. Wi-fi was not free, although not terribly expensive (9 euros for 24 hours).
